Department of Confessions No. 3

As I continue to carefully assess which party exemplifies my political interests, there has been a string of events that has fueled my distrust in the Democratic sector.

For more transparency of the matter, I am highly disappointed with Mr. Biden’s dark list of pardons. I don’t oppose to second chances, of course, but I largely disagree with him commuting the death sentences of convicted serial killers–that’s completely absurd. I neither agree with Biden’s ridiculous act of granting clemency to the “Kids for Cash” mastermind, nor the woman who embezzled tens of millions from her employer.

Any violent perpetrator who carries out such horrendous, terrorizing, fatal attacks against our beautiful citizens should neither be relieved, nor reconsidered of their sentence. If a convicted, coldblooded murderer is condemned by the Court, post-conviction action should only be considered if the accused is granted a writ of actual innocence. What Biden did is inexcusable and unacceptable. I believe I speak for his constituents when I say that Biden has lost a significant amount of trust. To all of the families and friends of the victims, I sincerely apologize on the behalf of Biden and his administration.

Here I am once again: massaging my chin, and thinking about the discouraging episodes by one of the most powerful members of the Democratic National Committee. Is this one of the many reasons why Democrats are converting to Republican?!

Politically,

Latif Torres-Robinson
